Ich habe Star-Visagisting Courtney vor Jahrhunderten auf einer Party in Manhattan kennengelernt. Dank ihrer Makeup Künste wurde ich damals in die angesagtesten Clubs der niemals schlafenden Stadt eingelassen. Obwohl sie inzwischen in L.A. lebt, zwischendurch in Sydney und Tokyo wohnte, und ich schon lange wieder zurück im schönen München bin, sehen wir uns immer noch regelmäßig. Zwar leider sehr selten aber es ist jedes Mal ein riesen Spaß und immer so, als hätten wir uns erst gestern von einander verabschiedet. Courtney gründete ihre eigene Make up Linie „The Make up Project“, mit wundervollem Lip Gloss, der nach Vanille Muffin schmeckt. I met celebrity make up artist Courtney centuries ago at a party in Manhattan. Thanks to her make up skills I got past the velvet rope and access to all the hot NYC night clubs. Even though she was living in Sydney and Tokyo and I moved back to Munich long ago. We meet regularly but seldom. Meet my friend (MMF) – Singer and Songwriter Sir Earl. Earl hat eine sensationelle Stimme und schreibt seine eingängige Songtexte, die zugleich tiefgründig und ironisch sind, selbst. Meine Lieblingssongs sind “what colour is your Amex” und “point click delete”. Zudem ist er richtig lustig und die einzige Person auf unserem Planeten, die Dior Ohrmuschelschmuck tragen kann.
Morgens um 5:00 Uhr hat er mir während einer After Party im Badezimmer einer L.A. Standard Hotelsuite eine privat live Vorstellung gegeben.
